Step 2: CS team to log the information on the Advance booking Tracker
Step 3: CS team to forward the information to DEPOT team via Teams channel (Depot 1 x CSC GC)
Step 4: Depot POC to update via Teams channel (Depot 1 x CSC GC) and advised if there is an available driver
IF driver is available: DEPOT Supervisor team to provide the driver information such as:
Driver name:
Driver phone number:
IF No available driver: DEPOT Supervisor will update in the GC
Step 5: CSC agent to inform the passenger the details forwarded by DEPOT team
IF driver is available - update the booking and the driver details.
Inform the passenger that their advance booking is already secured
IF No available driver - cancel the booking in the admin portal
Inform the passenger that we don't have any available driver.
